Melanie
Kirchmeier is the Broker/Owner of CENTURY 21 Bill Bartlett and a real estate
leader serving Salado and the greater Temple-Belton area. She was raised in
Salado after her father, Bill Bartlett, moved the family there in the early
1970s to start a career in real estate. She later followed in his footsteps, earning
her real estate license in 1989 and becoming the Broker/Owner of the company in
1998, keeping his legacy running strong ever since. With over 35 years of real
estate experience, Melanie has sold more than $150 million in career
transaction volume and ranks amongst the top 3% of agents in the Central Texas
MLS over the past five years. She holds the Graduate, REALTOR®
Institute (GRI) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designations and is
a graduate of the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program (TRLP). Melanie
represents buyers and sellers with expertise and a wide range of knowledge
including residential and commercial real estate, luxury homes, golf-course
homes, investment properties, inherited properties, first-time buyers, move-up
buyers, and downsizers.

Outside
of real estate, Melanie remains deeply involved in her community. She has
previously served on the Salado Chamber of Commerce, Salado Education
Foundation, Friends Feeding Friends, and Salado ISD School boards, and
currently serves on the board of the Salado Senior Center. Direct and
solutions-focused, Melanie doesn’t believe in high-pressure sales or
transactions. Instead, she customizes her process to each client's needs,
guided by the belief that there is always a solution, and it's her job to find
the best one.

When
she’s not working or volunteering, Melanie enjoys spending time with her
family, whom she is grateful to have close by, traveling with family and
friends, and tending to her iris garden. As a Salado real estate agent and
